RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

We require that:
*Refunds or exchanges must be requested within 60 days.
*Item(s) must be returned in original condition with the box and all packaging as received.
*You pay the return shipping and you will receive a refund for the item(s) once we receive and inspect it.
Please Note: If a shipment is refused because you changed your mind, you will be charged the return shipping fees (deducted from refund).

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING:
We do everything we can to ensure that your items arrive as soon as possible, which does not always allow time to notify or cancel an order. We will do our best to accommodate changes when we are able.
FREE SHIPPING:
Applies to orders that total over $75.00. Free shipping in the US/48 ONLY. Orders with free shipping via Fedex Ground ONLY. NO P.O. Boxes for free shipping.
SHIPPING METHODS:
We ship by either UPS or United States Postal Service. You choose the method you prefer during checkout. Shipping rates are determined by the weight of the order. Estimated delivery times are 3 to 7 Business Days. Do not include weekends or holidays in your calculations for delivery of your package.
***We cannot reimburse shipping for orders shipped to the incorrect address. Please note that we ship to the exact address that you enter when placing your online order.***
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:
If you receive a shipment with a damaged item, please notify our Customer Service department within 48 hours or on the next business day so that we can resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
